| New mod, Blue Shift Coop, released! |
A new mod called "Blue Shift Coop", is now download able from the "Download" section. The site now also contains stuff like screenshots, readme and FAQ for Blue Shift Coop, and probably for Opposing Force Coop at the release of v2.0.

| Opposing Force Coop v2.0 back in work again |
Now when school is over for some weeks, I'll have more time to work on Opposing Force Coop v2.0. I'm about 70% done with the whole thing, and I hope to get done January or February next year but we'll see how things goes. You can see progress of the mod at Moddb.

| [HLCoop] currently unactive |
| As you may noticed, [HLCoop] is currently unactive. The server hasn't been up at all for a few mounths, and I haven't been working on Opposing Force Coop v2.0 either. Well, a big reason for this is that I lost interest for [HLCoop] and enjoyed my summer instead. Now when summer is over, I have school to attend to, so it's unknown when I'll be back and get active again. |

| Luck in the bad luck |
| As you may remember, in the news post from June 24th 2007, I wrote that I had a HDD crash which made all Opposing Force Coop v2.0 files disappear. Luckily, I found almost all files saved in another harddrive, so I don't need to redo almost whole Opposing Force Coop v2.0 :-) |

| New forum and design are now up |
I've now replaced the old site with a new, hopefully better one. Later, I will update the site with Opposing Force Coop screenshots and a long readme, since both the previous readme and media were removed by the crash. I also have a new forum, register now if you're a [HLCoop] member. Click here to visit the forums.
I've tested the site in Firefox and IE, but if you encounter any problems with the new site or the new forum, send me a email or post in the forums. |

| No news is good news |
It was almost a half year ago since I posted news, so I decided to update the site. Unfortunately, I don't have any good news. As you may or may not know, the next version of Opposing Force Coop, version 2.0, is being developed. Unfortunately, I've had a HDD crash and all files for v2.0 disappeared, but I had some files saved on another HDD, but pretty much of the stuff is gone! I also had a new design for this site which also disappeared. I will have pretty much to redo.
And lastly, the forum seems to be down. I will open up a new, probably better forum shortly. |

| Opposing Force Coop Released! |
Yes, it's released. This may still be buggy even if I beta tested and all, but for now I couldn't find more bugs to fix. There's also 2 things I will note: First, I couldn't find a way to prevent friendly npc's from shooting you when you shoot them. Second, you'll have to change map manually at end of a map in console. This is because opposing force source code isn't available, so I couldn't change the opfor.dll. Anyway, after downloading Opposing Force Coop, don't forget to look at the readme (a must actually).

| After hours of work, I finally finished my mod. It won't be released yet though, because there's some bugs thats need to be fixed, but you can expect a release very soon. | |

I'm done with two new chapters, "Crush Depth" and "Vicarious Reality", which is the maps:

Right now, I'm at the hardest part, which is the chapter "Pitworms Nest". I'm trying to come up with the best solution of how I will do. |
